About the Role
- We are looking for a sales account manager to join our growing team and help us expand our client base and revenue.
- The sales account manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing and potential customers, and negotiating and closing contracts.
- The sales account manager will also be expected to provide regular feedback and reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer satisfaction.
- The sales account manager will report to the sales director and work closely with the operations and project management teams.
About You
- You have a minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the roofing industry or a similar field, such as construction, building materials, or property management.
- You have a strong knowledge of flat and low-slope roofing systems, products, and best practices.
- You have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, and you are able to build rapport and trust with customers and stakeholders.
- You have a self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused attitude, and you are able to work independently and as part of a team.
- You have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle, and you are willing to travel within the assigned territory.
- You have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Property management and/or background in sales in a similar field is strongly preferred.
